AMA instructors are degreed and professional instructors/musicians with considerable teaching experience. Lesson plans are adapted to fit the needs of each student, according to age, mental or physical disabilities, experience level, talent, and musical interests and achievement goals.
We offer lessons for Adults! Age minimums are typically age 5 (preferably able to read) for students in piano, ukulele, guitar and 'early-entry level' percussion; age 9 for band instruments, winds, brass and drums. Students younger than these minimums may be allowed to start lessons upon the approval of the instructor with a prior appointment to access the student's abilities.
