There is no fee or lesson commitment until the director, instructor and parent/student have agreed upon a lesson start date, instructor, and lesson time. Submittal of this registration form is an agreement to our AMA studio policies and student expectations as outlined throughout this website. Note: If you are registering a child student, please change the first field from 'adult student' to 'parent'.
